Before you ask

Can you bring in our data from Excel?

Yes. We import your workers, projects, clients, vendors and opening balances as part of setup, and check the totals with you before you go live.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes — English, Arabic (right-to-left) and Urdu. Each person picks their own language; documents can be printed in English and Arabic.

Do you support fingerprint and face machines?

Yes. Punches from compatible machines go straight into attendance, by site and shift. You can also mark attendance by hand.

Is it ZATCA compliant?

ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing is in development. Today Muqawil issues payment receipts and quotations with a verification QR code.

Is there a mobile app?

Muqawil works on any phone. Open your company link and add it to the home screen — it opens like an app, and supervisors get a simplified screen.

Can other companies see our data?

No. Every company is separated inside the database itself, and every change is recorded with who made it.

How does support work?

On WhatsApp and email, in English, Arabic or Urdu. During setup we walk your team through their first week.
